年末にお部屋を片付けていたら↓こんなものを発見！
毎年恒例の電通が主催する新年会にて
クライアントや関係者たちに配布されるお年賀☆
こちらは2015年に配布されたお年賀で
当時は某企業が運営するExecutive Briefing Centerでお世話になっていたので
新年会に出席された上司の方がたが
Nicolai-sanが載っていたからと
わたしの分までわざわざ頂いてきてくださったもの！
日本に在住の15人の方々から
日本の外から中からの両方の視点で
多様なキーワードをお正月らしく『書』で表現して頂いたんだとか☆

19歳で来日して日本の『我慢』の文化から沢山のことを学んだ。
仕事ではどんなに時間がかかっても頑張りぬく。
良い意味での我慢は本当にリスペクトしている。
でも自分の仕事が終わっているのに周りがいるから帰れない。
自分の意見を言わないなどは悪い我慢だと思う。
もっとオープンマインドになって
自分が安全な世界、自己満足の狭いコンフォートゾーンから
出るチャレンジをしてほしい。
少しでも自分の考えを言う。
ゾーンの外から見てみる。
すると新しい何かが生まれる。
僕自身、そのゾーンを出たからこそ
お花で新しい表現ができたし
自分の価値を作ることができたのだから。
チャレンジするとご褒美がありますよ。

Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid
option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely confused ..
